PowerGenix, Original Power Bring GreenCell(R) Rechargeable Batteries to Portable Lawn and Garden Tool Market Lightweight, Compact Nickel-Zinc to Phase-out Industry Standard, Nickel-Cadmium Batteries, Due to Toxicity Issues and Dramatic Power Improvements
Original Power will offer a new GreenLink(R) line of interchangeable cordless tools exclusively featuring PowerGenix's NiZn battery packs, as well as incorporating the technology into its current lawn and garden power tool lineup. Utilizing PowerGenix's rechargeable battery packs, the new line of environmentally friendly cordless products will bear the GreenCell(R) trademark indicating inclusion of the clean, rechargeable and recyclable NiZn battery chemistry.
