We are a member of the Rechargeable Battery Recycling Corporation (RBRC) and pay a fee for every NiCad battery so that the battery can be easily recycled by you. We encourage you to recycle expired batteries at the RBRC. They can be reached at 1-800-822.8837 or visit their website at www.rbrc.org. For more than a decade RBRC has implemented user-friendly plans to collect, transport and recycle used rechargeable batteries; Nickel Cadmium (Ni-CD), Nickel Metal Hydride (Ni-MH), Lithium Ion (Li-ion) and Small Sealed Lead (Pb). These batteries power the devices that power our lives: laptop computers, cellular and cordless phones, cordless power tools, camcorders, and other wireless devices. Together with our Partners, RBRC has kept 31 million pounds of rechargeable batteries out of our solid waste stream.
